This page outlines all refund policies, terms and conditions for Hebe Ceramics and any products sold or given away by Hebe Ceramics, including but not limited to the following websites and locations:

When you purchase anything from Hebe Ceramics, or when you agree to receive anything for free, you agree to hold the company harmless of any loss, damage or injury due to any products you received from us.  Our maximum liability to you is the amount you paid for the item(s) purchased. All items offered on this site are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.  We reserve the right to update these policies at any time.

CAUTION: All Hebe Ceramics pottery vessels are handmade, Ceramic Art made by Cara Campbell and might have flaws, including but not limited to: 
      - sharp textures
      - cracks
      - chipped, pitted or cracked clay
      - crazed, pitted or textured glaze

Cara Campbell personally inspects 100% of Hebe Ceramics visually and by vigorously rubbing our bare hands around the surface of every pot. We work to maintain a high Standard of Quality. We polish sharp textures and remove cracked pottery, but flaws are still common in handmade pottery, and every pot probably has one. Like scars in our skin, they are natural, unavoidable parts of the Art.

CAUTION: Hebe Ceramics will break if dropped or banged against hard surfaces
     - Broken Hebe Ceramics can not be repaired.
     - Broken pottery shards are sharp and can be dangerous. Dispose of them in the garbage.


Packages that are Lost, Stolen, Returned as Non-Deliverable, or Arrive Damaged:

If you believe that your item was lost or stolen in transit, we require that you email at support@hebeceramics.com with your order number within 14 days of your estimated delivery date


Packages that are “returned to sender” will have the option to have the item resent, but the buyer is responsible for paying the new shipping fee. If you decline to have the item re-shipped or do not respond within 3 days, you will be refunded the cost of your order minus shipping and a 15% restocking fee.

When purchasing Hebe Ceramics, you must enter a shipping address that is safe to receive packages from the United States Post Office.  You are responsible for entering a safe shipping address to receive your packages.

If your item(s) arrives broken, we will refund 100% of the item price. Shipping price may be refunded, dependent on the situation and up to Hebe Ceramics discretion. In order for us to process refunds, we require that you email us photo evidence of your broken ceramics and their packaging within 7 days of the delivery: support@hebeceramics.com. Please be sure to include your order number for quicker processing. We ask that you hold onto the damaged box and items, as you may need to show proof of damage to your local post office. This process could take 3-4 weeks.

 

Gift Cards:

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash value.

Gift cards expire five (5) years after purchase date.
