All of our pieces are handmade items and may differ slightly for each piece, have minor flaws, or small small quirks. They are all hand checked and tested to make sure there are no major defects and to make sure they are food safe.

General

How do I take care of my item?

We suggest hand washing your items for their best care and prolonging its life.

We suggest avoid soaking or leaving your item in water and then attempting to microwave.

Are your items non-toxic or food safe?

All of our ceramics are non-toxic and food safe unless noted in the product description.

Can I put my item in the dishwasher or microwave?

All items are dishwasher safe, unless otherwise indicated. Top-rack is recommended but we highly suggest to hand-wash your item to prolong it's life and for the best care.

All items are microwave safe, unless noted, we suggest caution when removing things from the microwave as ceramic pieces hold very high heat and can get very hot.

Can I put my item directly in the microwave from the fridge?

No, we suggest to leave your item out for it to get close to room temperature before putting it in the microwave.

Tempature shock can result in cracks or breakage in your piece.

Can I return my piece if I don't like it?

We're sorry to hear that you're unhappy with your piece but everything that we sell is final sale.

How do I use my gift card?

Enter the code on your gift card into the "discount code" box when checking out.

Does my gift card expire?

Gift cards expire 5 years from the date of purchase.

Shipping

When do orders go out?

Orders ship within 5 business days after purchase.

Where do you ship to?

We currently only ship within the US through USPS and UPS.

Who do you ship with?

We ship with USPS and UPS.

I put the wrong shipping address, what do I do?

When purchasing Hebe Ceramics, you are responsible for entering a safe shipping address to receive your packages. A refund will not be granted if the wrong address is given and the item has already been sent out.

We are not responsible for misdelivered, incorrect, or stale addresses.

If you realize you've put the wrong address, please reach out (support@hebeceramics.com) within 24 hrs of placing the order and we'll work with you to try and fix the issue.

If the item is "returned to sender", you will have the option to have the item re-shipped, but the buyer is responsible for paying the new shipping fee. If you do not respond within 3 days or decline to have the item re-shipped, you will be refunded the cost of your order minus shipping and a 15% restocking fee.

My item arrived broken, what do I do?

If your item arrived broken, you are eligible for a full refund.

Please email support@hebeceramics.com with your order number and pictures of your broken piece within 7 days of delivery to start the refund process.

Hold onto the damaged box and items, you may need to show proof of damage to your local post office. This process could take 3-4 weeks.

My item was lost or stolen in transit

If you believe that your item has been lost or stolen in transit, please email us at support@hebeceramics.com with your order number, within 14days of your estimated delivery date.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?

We aim to be eco-friendly and sustainable with our packaging. All packaging paper is recyclable and can be reused. The packing peanuts are eco-friendly and dissolve in water.
