All of our pieces are handmade items and may differ slightly for each piece, have minor flaws, or small small quirks.

All pieces are non-toxic, and food safe unless otherwise indicated in the item description.
All items are microwave and dishwasher safe (top-rack recommended).
It's highly recommend to hand-wash for the longevity of your item.

I currently only offer shipping within the US through USPS and UPS.
Orders ship within 5 business days after purchase.

Refunds are granted if items are broken upon arrival.
In the event your item arrives broken please email support@hebeceramics.com with your order number and pictures of your broken piece and packaging within 14 days of delivery.
Please hold onto the damaged box and items, as you may need to show proof of damage to your local post office. This process could take 3-4 weeks.
